This is a really easy and quick recipe but it's so tasty !
1 pound salmon
2 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon in a baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture.
Cover and put in the fridge for 15 minutes to let it marinate.
Then turn it and put it back in the fridge to let it marinate again.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Remove the cover from the dish
Then place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
You can serve with mashed potatoes.
